Sara Costello, MA CCC-SLP
Sara is a Speech-Language Pathologist whose passion and enthusiasm has been helping children and adults restore and develop cognitive, communication and social skills all while providing a friendly and engaging therapeutic environment. Sara's experience in the field includes working in outpatient rehabilitation, school-based and private practice settings providing treatment to individuals following stroke, traumatic brain injury and to children with a variety of speech and language disorders including, Receptive/Expressive Language Disorders, Phonological Disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Executive Functioning Disorders,in addition to individuals with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Treacher Collins Syndrome. Sara is trained in PROMPT (PROMPTS for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) Level 1. Sara received her masters degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is licensed in speech-language pathology by the state of Massachusetts and is certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
